About Us
Henson Franklyn established in 1991 based on the premise of ‘Service First’, designed to provide a bespoke and deliberate business with reliability at its core. Today sees us operating from an owned 20,000 square foot manufacturing and storage facility backed up by 30 dedicated and experienced staff running a fleet of vehicles and trailers to service our needs.
Ethos
Henson Franklyn really do work with our clients, our ethos is to provide a strong ‘service based’ business, it is our job to help you create and deliver every aspect of your project requirements, whether that be one sign, one venue full of signs, exhibition stands, roadshows or simply a one off bespoke item – our team deliver time after time.
Varied Offering
To provide this service we have developed a varied support offering to deliver your business requirements, working ‘with you’ not ‘for you’.
We really do design and manufacture ‘in-house’ meaning we are ‘in-control’ giving you reliability of service, project and product support.
This website does not show a list of products ‘for sale’ - we provide as you would expect a product offering to support our clients in their event endeavours. If you would like to know ‘Do we do…?’ please call or email us - the chances are we do!
We do - ‘In-House’ because it means ‘In-Control’!
Henson Franklyn’s experience and passion ensures your branding, event and exhibition needs are met at every step, whatever the project and whatever it takes!
Client List
Our client list is one aspect of the business of which we are very proud. The fact that we have retained clients in the long term demonstrates our ability to work as an extension to our clients’ internal teams and to deliver our promises.
Structure
Our structure provides dedicated account managers enabling straight lines of communications from concept through to completion. Account and Project Managers are allocated for each individual client so that you always have a clear point of contact. Design & Production teams are also assigned so you can speak directly to the designers to ensure fast & effective communication on all project work.
Scope and breadth of business
Henson Franklyn have grown because of our consistency in delivering effective branded work in both external and internal venues. So whether a branded showjump in the middle of a field to maximize TV coverage or a shell scheme stand in the NEC you can be sure we will deliver your objectives.
